The World Heart Federation, in partnership with UEFA, the Swedish Heart-Lung Foundation and the Swedish Football Association are coming together at the 2013 Women’s Euro to support the Go Red for Women campaign and its fight against cardiovascular disease, the number 1 killer of women.
The WHF’s journal, “Global Heart”, recently published a special issue devoted to smoking and tobacco control that will aid its campaign in the prevention and control of cardiovascular disease.
